Privacy

Last updated: July 14, 2026. We collect only what we need to run accounts, bill credits, generate images, and keep the Service safe.

What we store

• Account email and hashed password
• Credit balance, plan, and billing references (Stripe customer id)
• API key hashes (not the full key after creation)
• Prompts and generated image files tied to your account
• Basic security logs (for example IP-based rate limits) to reduce abuse

How we use it

To provide the Studio and API, process payments via Stripe, prevent illegal or abusive use (see Content rules), and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We use processors that help us operate the Service (for example Stripe for payments and image-model providers that receive your prompt to return an image). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the Service against clear abuse.

Retention

Library images are kept while your account is active so you can download them. After account deletion or prolonged closure, we delete or anonymize associated files within a reasonable period unless we must retain something for legal or security reasons.

Your requests

To export or delete your account data, email abuse@nsfwpicturemaker.com from your account email (or include proof of ownership). We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
